 What to ExpectReplies that range from 200 words to 3000+ words if need be. I think my average's around 600, but it really depends on how much my partner writes. I can adapt to anything, so no need to be afraid of receiving massive walls of texts or only a few sentences in return if that’s not what you’re used to. Depending on the length of the replies and the amount of school work (and other forums) I have to balance, around once in two weeks to thrice a week. On the other hand, I don’t mind slowly moving threads myself, so feel free to take as much time with our threads as you need! Possible Thread IdeasThe Kalmar Union (Nordics) The Finnish War (Russia, Sweden, and maybe England) The Diet of Finland (Russia) The Winter War / Continuation War (Russia, mostly) The Lapland War (Germany) Something cute with languages (Estonia) Those are just off the top of my head. But yeaaah, so I get that most of that stuff is with characters we don't yet have, but I'm sure I can find some relations with almost any character! Sweden warred a lot back when Finland was still part of him, so at the very least that particular period should offer some opportunities. And, hey, if not, there's always the more recent stuff. So c'mon, come at me! |

Okay, so I know I answered you on my planning thread but I figured it would be better to bring the further planning and discussion over here.
Why?
Because, it's fresh new space and it's like discovering the Americas all over again just not so much fighting. xD But really, I figured it would be easier to draw Norway into it and my folder is already on fire...don't need to let it burn even more.

Bumping this, since I'm finally back, yo.
So... still up for that Embassy thread, Germany? Or, if you'd like to wait for us to get a hold of some other characters for that, a simple relaxing and reminiscing over beer/vodka thread while waiting? Or. Y'know. Somethin'?

I think we we're planning to do a present day thread with our Uralic cousins at some point, would you still be willing to try something? Perhaps a Winter War thread too perhaps?

Yush yush, we did. I'd still be up for either a recent thread of a Winter War one, or even both, eventually! I'm especially interested in the latter atm, because all the potential, hnnngh. I dunno how much you know about Finnish-Hungarian relations at the time, but I could ramble on about that for a while if ya want. |D'' These two were such dorks omf.

I wouldn't mind doing both tbh.xD We could do a cultural exchange or something more casual for a more modern day thread, whatever you like.~
Ahhh, yeah I only know very vague details of what happened beyond Hungarian assistance to Finland at the the time, but I certainly wouldn't mind doing some homework in order to figure out what we can do.
