So yeah, I think I should do this thread because I need a historical plot since I'm in a historical rp themed board, at first I thought that it would be hard to have something to get in touch with other countries but guess what, I found some options.
Germany & Prussia (maybe Austria?) - German imigrants from Argentina settled first on Brazil and then some moved to Argentina and Uruguay. Argentina is known to have a extensive German colony having even newspapers in German, the Argentinisches Tageblatt, they share some historical ties specially during WWII, a great number of Argentines were openly pro Nazi, when the war ended there was an operation to find secret escape routes for SS agents to South America (Mostly Argentina) called ODESSA (Organisation der ehemaligen SS-Angehörige) Network. Other than that the cultural impact of Germany in Argentina is huge so, threads of cultural exchange fits perfectly.
Italy - I think the plots would be very similar to the Germans, I'm trying to find some greater point of History shared by those two countries and may edit this post later.
France - Imigration mostly and some aspects on the Argentine cinema, with great influences from France and I think it's important to point that the two Argentine Nobel Prize winners are French descendents.
Japan - Imigration too, the imigrants came from Brazil so I think it's an interesting point. Another point I found is that during WWII Japanese schools and newspapers were banned (Martín is the biggest hypocrite alive), it'a a good plot point since he was SO into Nazism and Fascism.
Turkey - Their relations are somewhat arid since Turkey supported UK during the Falklands War and Argentina's recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
Venezuela - Mercosul relations mostly, problems with the Gasoducto del Sur (but I think the problems are mostly Brazilian since Brazil kinda financed the whole thing alone :') ) and the most important thing I found was the Maletinazo.
Brazil - Mercosul relations, Cisplatine War, Platine War (part of the Argentinean Civil War), Paraguayan War (I think it would be good to actually HAVE a Paraguay to do this one), Falklands War (sweet sweet support from Brazil<3) still today Brazil keeps the support to Argentina's claim over the Islands calling it Ilhas Malvinas not Falklands and accusing UK to use its place as permanent member of the Security Council to prevent this topic to come around again (of course there's oil involved). Those countries are rivals and bffs :')
England - Falklands Isles issue, the war and the diplomatic issue, British invasions during Napoleonic Wars since Spain allied with France and its end during Peninsular War that later on led to the Argentina's Independency which Britain accepted promptly. Imigration topics are fine too.
May edit this later @_@ so-many-ideaaas.
